After creating your account, GenX walks you through a guided setup to get everything configured.

Step 1: Welcome

A brief introduction to what GenX does and what you’ll set up.

Step 2: LLM Provider

GenX uses AI to generate tweet replies. You need to configure at least one LLM provider.

Enter your API key and click Test to verify it works. GenX will send a simple test prompt to validate the key.
You can change your provider and model at any time in Settings.

Step 3: Import Bot Accounts

Add the Twitter accounts that GenX will use to post replies.

You can import up to 1,000 accounts at once. Fields after username are optional:

username:password:email:authToken
New accounts are given a free platform bot account automatically. You can skip this step during onboarding.

Step 4: Add Proxy

Proxies are required for logging into bot accounts. Add at least one proxy. Supported formats:
  • http://host:port
  • http://username:password@host:port
  • socks5://host:port
GenX will test the proxy connectivity automatically.

Step 5: Complete

Click Finish to complete onboarding. You’ll be redirected to the main dashboard where you can start creating campaigns.
